So in the last Blizzcon, they finally blabbered shit about the long-waited movie. There are some points that can ruin the whole thing. They’re still my expectations though:
1. The movie is gonna be produced by Legendart Pictures, the same company that produced 300. What’s bad about that? I just thought it would be better to have the movie being pure animation like those cool ones in WC3. I actually never thought it might be real acting.
2. There’s not telling what story they’re making the movie based on. I mean just narrating Arthas’ story would be nice despite lack of the surprise element. But now there’s a chance that they select some gay story like the “Moonwell trilogy” or w.e it’s called. If you’re not familiar with that, it’s the manga Blizzard has been releasing. It’s about some mage and her drake trying to save something bla bla. A gay warcraft movie story would trigger suicidal thoughts in my brain.
3. Let’s hope there’ll be some intimate elvish parts in the movie. Illidan in bed-action would be nice!
4. If Orcs are bad or get beaten up in the movie I’m gonna booby trap Blizzard CEO wife’s ass
5. I got to watch few clips from the Blizcon. That was one big thingy idd. The most assuring sentence that was said about the movie was that they aknowledge the fact that there are approximately 9 million players of WoW not to mention people who are still playing WC3 and TFT. They know that they’re ethically responsible in front of these people to transfer the game world in the same theme and style that people loved. Let’s hope they stick to their words or God knows we’re gonna stick what-words-can’t-describe in their asses.
